Invisible Hardware and Smart Timing
A tiny detail that ruins a perfect installation is the "Standoff Shadow." If you mount a backlit letter using standard metal studs, those studs block the light, creating four or five dark, ugly lines that slice through your beautiful halo. We solved this by developing custom "Crystal Spacers." These are mounting tubes made from clear, high-density polycarbonate. Light passes right through them. When we mount a backlit letter with these, the hardware essentially disappears, ensuring the glow is continuous and unbroken, 360 degrees around the shape.
